Seguem abaixo as principais leis e provimentos que devemos observar:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>C\u00d3DIGO DE NORMAS DA CORREGEDORIA-GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DE SANTA CATARINA;<\/li><li>DECRETO N\u00ba 93.240, DE 9 DE SETEMBRO DE 1986 (Regulamenta a Lei n\u00ba 7.433, de 18 de dezembro de 1985, que \u2018\u2019disp\u00f5e sobre os requisitos para a lavratura de escrituras p\u00fablicas, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias\u2019\u2019);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 4.380, DE 21 DE AGOSTO DE 1964 (Institui a corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria nos contratos imobili\u00e1rios de interesse social, o sistema financeiro para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da casa pr\u00f3pria, cria o Banco Nacional da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (BNH), e Sociedades de Cr\u00e9dito Imobili\u00e1rio, as Letras Imobili\u00e1rias, o Servi\u00e7o Federal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Urbanismo e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 4.591, DE 16 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1964 (Disp\u00f5e sobre o condom\u00ednio em edifica\u00e7\u00f5es e as incorpora\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 6.015, DE 31 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1973 (Disp\u00f5e sobre os registros p\u00fablicos, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 6.766, DE 19 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1979 (Disp\u00f5e sobre o Parcelamento do Solo Urbano e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias);<\/li><li>LEI 6.830 DE 22 DE SETEMBRO DE 1980 (DFDH Disp\u00f5e sobre a cobran\u00e7a judicial da D\u00edvida Ativa da Fazenda P\u00fablica, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias;<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 7.433, DE 18 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1985 (Disp\u00f5e sobre os requisitos para a lavratura de escrituras p\u00fablicas e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 8.935, DE 18 DE NOVEMBRO DE 1994 (Lei dos Cart\u00f3rios);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 13.105, DE 16 DE MAR\u00c7O DE 2015 (C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 13.465, DE 11 DE JULHO DE 2017 (Disp\u00f5e sobre a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria rural e urbana, sobre a liquida\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9ditos concedidos aos assentados da reforma agr\u00e1ria e sobre a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria no \u00e2mbito da Amaz\u00f4nia Legal; institui mecanismos para aprimorar a efici\u00eancia dos procedimentos de aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis da Uni\u00e3o e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 13.986, DE 7 DE ABRIL DE 2020 (Institui o Fundo Garantidor Solid\u00e1rio (FGS);
