Seguem abaixo as principais leis e provimentos que devemos observar:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>LEI N\u00ba 8.935, DE 18 DE NOVEMBRO DE 1994 (Lei dos Cart\u00f3rios);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 6.015, DE 31 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1973 (Disp\u00f5e sobre os registros p\u00fablicos, e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias);<\/li><li>LEI N\u00ba 8.560, DE 29 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1992 (Regula a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de paternidade dos filhos havidos fora do casamento e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias);<\/li><li>PROVIMENTO N. 63, DE 14 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2017 (Institui modelos \u00fanicos de certid\u00f5es de nascimento, casamento e \u00f3bito, a serem adotadas pelos of\u00edcios de registro civil das pessoas naturais, e disp\u00f5e sobre o reconhecimento volunt\u00e1rio e a averba\u00e7\u00e3o da paternidade e maternidade socioafetiva no Livro \u201cA\u201d e sobre o registro de nascimento e emiss\u00e3o da respectiva certid\u00e3o dos filhos havidos por reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o assistida);<\/li><li>PROVIMENTO N. 73, DE 28 DE JUNHO DE 2018 (Disp\u00f5e sobre a averba\u00e7\u00e3o da altera\u00e7\u00e3o do prenome e\/ou do g\u00eanero nos assentos de nascimento e casamento de pessoa transg\u00eanero no Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais &#8211; RCPN);<\/li><li>PROVIMENTO CNJ N\u00ba 50, DE 28 DE SETEMBRO DE 2015 (Disp\u00f5e sobre a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos nos cart\u00f3rios extrajudiciais).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.1.3 Quanto tempo meu dado fica guardado no cart\u00f3rio?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Os registros s\u00e3o de guarda permanente; ou seja, nunca s\u00e3o apagados;<\/li><li>As Declara\u00e7\u00f5es de Nascidos Vivos (DNV) e Guia de Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00d3bito (DO) s\u00e3o armazenadas por 1 (um) ano;<\/li><li>Os documentos de retifica\u00e7\u00f5es e averba\u00e7\u00f5es ficam armazenados por 5 (cinco) anos;<\/li><li>Esses prazos foram estabelecidos pela Tabela de Temporalidade de Documentos do PROVIMENTO CNJ N\u00ba 50, DE 28 DE SETEMBRO DE 2015, que pode ser consultada <a href=\"https:\/\/atos.cnj.jus.br\/files\/provimento\/provimento_50_28092015_16032018114446.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clicando aqui<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.1.4 Com quem podemos compartilhar seus dados:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Compartilhamento p\u00fablico de registros de nascimento, casamento e \u00f3bito por meio do website do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Goi\u00e1s, de acordo com a Lei n\u00ba 6.015 de 31 de dezembro de 1973, no artigo 16, 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Emiss\u00e3o de certid\u00f5es para terceiros, de acordo com a Lei n\u00ba 6.015 de 31 de dezembro de 1973, no artigo 16, 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Emiss\u00e3o de certid\u00e3o em inteiro teor para terceiros, que conste no registro prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 testemunha, ado\u00e7\u00e3o ou legitima\u00e7\u00e3o de filho e altera\u00e7\u00e3o de nome por transg\u00eaneros, ser\u00e3o emitidas somente com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial (Lei n\u00ba 6.015 de 31 de dezembro de 1973, em seus artigos: 45, 57 \u00a7 7\u00ba, 95;
